To meet many demands of citizens, the breakwater has several structural characters such as l)vertical slit type caissons for wave dissipating. 2)double deck walk way on the breakwater for amenity, safety, and structural stability. 3)round shaped parapet for safety, 4)stairs and slopes between the upper deck and the lower deck every 100meters. 5)curved designed balconies and plazas, 6)pine trees and other plants near the bench at the lower deck on the breakwater. Many citizens visit the breakwater, and have a good time on it. According to the recent survey, Many kinds of living creatures are also seen under the water.
